1000 people attended, with 300 plus taking part in the competition.

The competition continues the playground tradition which has lost popularity over the last few decades, encouraging inclusivity of all ages.

Some schools have banned the game since the early 2000s, claiming it can be dangerous.

This year, some of the traditional rules had a modern twist on what some may infer as cheating. Some competitors were seen wrestling and pulling each other.
