London-born artists Loyle Carner and Raye join jazz-fusion group Ezra Collective to play this year’s festival in Somerset in June.

Headliners are set to be LA pop star Olivia Rodrigo, Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Young and indie band The 1975.

They will be joined by five-time Brit Award winner Charli XCX – who will top the bill on the festival’s second stage on Saturday 28 June.

There will be debut performances by Alanis Morisette, Noah Kahan, Gracie Abrams, Lola Young and US rapper Doechii, who will headline the West Holts stage.

Returning favourites include Wolf Alice, Wet Leg, Fatboy Slim and Scissor Sisters.

Glastonbury lineup for 2025
The lineup sees several artists returning to the festival, including Charli XCX, Wolf Alice and Franz Ferdinand.

Glastonbury Festival will be between the 26th and the 30th of June, before a fallow year next year where the festival takes a break for the land to recover.

The site is used for most of the year as a functioning dairy farm. Founder Michael Eavis first started the event in 1970 to supplement income from the farm.

In that first year, T-Rex headlined, with David Bowie and Hawkwind headlining the following year.

Festival-goers in 1970 paid just 1 pound to go to the festival, and for that they also got a free pint of milk.

The festival is held in June in Pilton, Somerset every year.

This year, tickets sold out within 35 minutes at a cost of £373.50, plus a £5 booking fee. A general sale took place in November, with thousands of people scrambling to get their hands on tickets online.

Last year, the annual resale took place in April. The ticket and coach packages went up on April 18, with remaining general admission tickets being sold on April 21. 2024’s resale tickets sold out in minutes.
