The Bees bagsman has been hot property since returning from an eight month suspension for gambling offences. Arsenal and Tottenham have both been linked to a move for the former Newcastle striker.
But Frank declared at a press conference today that “Ivan will stay'”. He also joked with reporters that he knows the announcement will be “breaking news”.
Toney, who was the third top scorer in the premier league last year, has managed a goal in both his two games since his return.
