Hackers, who are believed to be so-called The Dark Overlord, claim the responsibility for the intrusion.
Large amounts of data, including photos, have been stolen by them from the clinic.
According to the Mirror, hackers claim: “There are some royal families in here.” However, it has not been specified whether the royals are British.
The Dark Overlord has previously been accused of breaching data from schools and other medical centres, as well as studio productions working with Netflix.
London Bridge Plastic Surgery spokesman said that the surgery invests in a strong cyber protection technology and are “saddened” by the hacking. The the organisation took an immediate action to block the hack.
Metropolitan Police’s Organised Crime Command issued detectives to investigate the hack. According to Scotland Yard spokesperson no arrests have been made yet.
