Skolars will face a big challenge against Workington. The visitors had a great performance against London and this might give them more confidence. The last time the teams met in July 2017, Workington defeated Skolars 46-16.

However, Skolars Assistant Coach Matthew Cuss told City News they ‘had some stern reflection following the last home outing against Newcastle and the boys have had one of their thoughest weeks training for a long time. Hopefully we’ll come with the attitude where we will be looking to make amends for our last performance and we’ll come out of this game with a positive result’.

4th seed Workington are just a point ahead from London Skolars with a loss and a victory behind them. Skolars are currently sitting at the 11th slot in the RFL Rugby League 1 standings with a draw and a loss behind them.
