Addiction: Working With A Secret?

Addiction on the UK is on the rise according to drug and alcohol charities.

But according to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, only one in three workplaces offer support for drug and alcohol related issues.

For many, the negative stigma of addiction puts people off seeking help.

Rob Cameron investigates what more can be done in the workplace to change this stigma.
