Following successful pop-ups, Yum Bug is launching a permanent location in Finsbury park later this month.
The menu will be made up of small plates which showcase creatures as ingredients. Crickets, which are high in protein, are used in every dish.
The restaurant stress the sustainability of insects, particularly relating to CO2, land and water.
Well-known chefs have helped create the menu, including MasterChef winner, James Nathan, and Brewdog’s Chad Crooks.
Yum Bug will be located on Fonthill Road from February 20th.
