Judge Bartle heard the bail application of Mr Mohammed Younis, a taxi driver from Buckinghamshire, who has been charged with the transit of firearms and Class A drugs at Southwark Crown Court.
Bail was granted at £5,000 with a number of conditions.
The defendant will be placed on curfew between the hours of 22:00 and 07:00.
He will also have to wear an electronic tag and report to his local police station every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The full trial for this case is scheduled for 31 January.

Yesterday at Southwark Crown Court, Judge Bartle heard the bail application of a man charged with the transit of firearms and class A drugs.
The defendant, Mr Mohammed Younis, is a taxi driver from Buckinghamshire. He was caught in possession of a package containing heroin, six handguns, and ammunition.
On the 14th of October the defendant was arrested whilst undertaking a 4 hour round trip starting from his home in Elmsford.
The maximum sentence for transferring firearms is life imprisonment.
Bail was granted at £5000 with a number of conditions. The defendant will be placed on curfew between the hours of 10pm and 7am. He will also have to wear an electronic tag and report to his local police station every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The full trial for this case is scheduled for the 31st of January
