She suffered serious injuries on Tuesday morning after she was crushed by bricks that fell from a crane in Tower Hamlets.
Video footage shows passers-by surrounding the woman as she lay injured on Burdett Road at junction with St Pauls Way. CPR was given by passers-by before emergency services arrived on the scene and took the woman in to hospital.
A spokeswoman for Health and Safety England (HSE) has said that they are “aware of the incident and is investigating”.
