Danish Microbrewer, Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, and eighties pop singer, Rick Astley are expanding their existing chain of brewpubs to Exmouth Market. Design documents for the upcoming Exmouth Market branch reveal plans to install four brewing tanks in the basement, with one named affectionately after “Uncle Rick”.
The brewpub is opening as a pop-up before launching properly with a restaurant in early 2020. Rick Astley is set to perform live at the launch next year.
