Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a stabbing at Goodmayes station on Monday evening.
Two victims are being treated in hospital following the attack. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
A search of the surrounding area lead to the arrest of a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, both on suspicion of attempted murder.
They are currently in police custody.
