Butter-yellow, baby bumps and British icons. But, what stood out at the 2025 Fashion Awards was the presence of dolled-up nepotism across the generations.
Alongside the awards, frills and charitable focus, the Royal Albert Hall event included a line-up of our favourite London-based nepo babies, ranging from old school icons to the fresh faces on the scene.

West End girl, Lily Allen, stunned the carpet with an air of sophistication in a Baroque Valentino gown. She meets our nepo baby requirements as daughter of renowned actor, comedian and musician, Keith Allen, and film producer mother, Alison Owen.

Dressed in Anthony Price, the daughter of rocker Mick Jagger, donned a sleek leather look. Our gap-toothed Queen gets the London look.

British model and actress, Adwoa Aboah rocked a sophisticated, monochromatic look by Olsen-twins brand, The Row. Child of Ghanaian fashion designer, Charles Aboah and fashion stylist, and Camilla Lowther, Adwoa looked perfectly understated on the carpet.

Perhaps a celeb you wouldn’t know to be a nepo baby is Anna Wintour. The former chief editor of American Vogue is in fact the daughter of influential British newspaper editor, Charles Wintour. Anna presented the Special Recognition Award to Delphine Arnault in a hounds tooth structured coat and her iconic jewels.
And as the original nepo babies brought glamour and class to the carpet, the new nepo kids on the block stunned in the likes of trendy houses, Burberry and Miu Miu.

Mini Moss and Victoria’s Secret model Lila stunned in London-based brand 16Arlington. She was giving a party girl look embellished with feathers and lace.
Don’t look back in Burberry. Son of Oasis icon Liam Gallagher, Lennon, adds a bright yellow tartan scarf to an otherwise emo look. With his ‘supersonic’ bushy brows completing the bold look .

Miu Miu ambassador, Iris Law, daughter of Jude Law and Sadie Frost, stepped out in a 1920s inspired fit, with flapper-esque, auburn hair and a slinky fur stole. She accessorises her satin gown with the newest It-girl rectangular glasses.
Oxford Dictionary defines nepotism as ‘giving unfair advantages to your own family if you are in a position of power, especially by giving them jobs’.
The fashion industry is a notoriously exclusive place, and clearly parents with good contacts can get their child’s foot in the door.
Ultimately, the sheer amount of multigenerational famous offspring on last night’s carpet indicates the industry’s continued reliance on nepotism.
New York Magazine may have declared 2022 as ‘the year of the nepo baby’ but the trend of celebrity children involved in the fashion industry is clearly far from over.
