London has emerged as a recurring backdrop in the web of associations surrounding Jeffrey Epstein. A series of high-profile locations have been tied to his social circle, alleged victims and powerful contacts.
From exclusive private residences and royal palaces to elite member-only clubs, these sites have featured repeatedly in court testimony, released documents and media investigations.
This week, Lord Mandelson resigned from the Labour Party, and the House of Lords after published U.S. emails revealed that the former minister and ambassador had maintained close contact with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein while he was serving at the highest levels of government. Emails suggest the relationship included sharing contacts and potentially sensitive information from his time in government, dating back to the early 2000s.
Here are the London locations linked to the Epstein scandal.

Belgravia Maxwell’s former London Townhouse
The property most often linked to Epstein’s London affiliation is the former London home of Ghislaine Maxwell, who has been convicted for her role in his sex-trafficking network.
The mews townhouse on Kineton Street in Belgravia, an affluent district in the City of Westminster just south of Hyde Park, was reportedly where the infamous incriminating photo of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Virginia Giuffre was taken.

The £3.25 million property is currently up for sale, but has failed to find a buyer after more than a year on the market. Witness testimonies describe visiting Maxwell’s London townhouse in the 1990s and being with Epstein there.
Buckingham Palace
According to the newly released Jeffery Epstein files, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor ‘invited Epstein to Buckingham Palace’ and promised ‘privacy ‘. Among the three million pages of documents is a 2010 email exchange between ‘A’ and Epstein in which the financier asks:
“Already in London, what time would you like me and [redacted]”
“We will also need/ have private time.”
The Duke reportedly replied:
“I’ll ring you when I get down. Alternatively, we could have dinner at Buckingham Palace and lots of Privacy”.
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has repeated and ‘vigorously’ denied any wrongdoing, and it is unclear whether the meeting at the palace took place. The royal family has not issued a statement on the latest revelations. Prince Edward, the brother of Charles and Mountbatten-Windsor, reemphasized the importance of “always remembering the victims” at a summit in Dubai on Tuesday.

Tramp Nightclub – Jermyn Street London
Tramp Nightclub is one of London’s most nortorious private members-clubs, located in Mayfair. Renowned for its secrecy, celebrity clientele and exclusive social scene, it has featured in multiple accounts connected to Epstein.
Several witnesses claim they saw Andrew Mountbatten dancing with Virginia Giuffre at Tramp Nightclub in March 2011. Virginia Giuffre, an alleged victim of Epstein’s sex-trafficking crimes, claimed she was later ordered to have sex with the duke after a night out with Epstein, Andrew and British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell.
During a 2019 BBC Newsnight interview with Emily Maitlis in 2019, Andrew denies Virginia Giuffre’s accusations, stating that he had been at Pizza Express with his daughter on the night in question. Following the interview, the first woman came forward, saying she was:
“disappointed that he denied knowing Virginia and being at the nightclub. That’s what spurred her to come forward.”

10 Downing Street
Six years before Epstein pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor, former Prime Minister Sir Tony Blair met with Jeffrey Epstein in 10 Downing Street after persuasion from Peter Mandelson.
Emails from Mandelson to Blair’s chief of staff indicated that Mandelson had pushed for the meeting, describing Epstein as “a friend of mine” and as “safe” and noting that “Clinton is now doing a lot of travelling with him.”
The emails were part of the evidence released by the UK National Archives after a freedom of Information request, following the sacking of Mandelson as US ambassador late last year.
A spokesperson for Tony Blair confirmed that Blair remembers meetings Epstein at Downing Street on that date for “less than 30 minutes” and that the discussion centred on U.S – U.H political topics. Blairs office has emphasised it was many years before Epstein’s crimes were publicly known.

While many of the most serious crimes linked to Epstein occurred elsewhere, London appears in witness accounts and newly released files as a place where influence, access, and alleged abuse intersected. Some of these locations are connected through verified correspondence or sworn testimony; others through allegations that remain disputed or unresolved.
