Barnet Council has approved today a contract to deliver £150m worth of major projects including new schools and leisure facilities.

According to the barnet council’s website, Graham Construction will build next projects and improve existing buildings over the next five years. This plan is part of the council’s Capital projects programme.

Richard Cornelius said that as the borough expands so does the need for them to provide more housing, school places, leisure centre and community facilities for residents. According to him, Graham construction provides further opportunity to deliver these important new buildings which will serve residents for many years to come.

Barnet council, through its £565 million Capital projects programme, is now willing to develop the borough with the aim to improve residents’ lives and offer them high quality facilities.
