Passengers are experiencing delays of up to 30 minutes and cancellations in some cases on the Norwich to London Liverpool Street station route.
The 6.45am train from Norwich to Liverpool Street and the 9am one from Liverpool Street to Norwich have been cancelled.
This was due to Storm Angus and its side effects. Trees on the lines and flash flooding has forced the cancellation after 50mm of rain in just 24 hours.
Network Rail engineers are working to fix the problem.
