A man has been charged over a knife attack in Clapham, which left a 17-year-old boy paralysed and blind.

According to police, Jamel Boyce went into cardiac arrest when Jordan Haughton allegedly attacked him.

The incident took place in south London in October 2016 over what police call a “minor disagreement”.

Jordan Haughton, 19, of Worsopp Drive, Clapham, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.

He is expected to appear at Camberwell Green Magistrates’ Court on 6 December.
