MPs have urged the Government to support the expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
The ULEZ boundary will be extending from 25 October 2021 to create a single larger zone.
The zone came into force in April 2019 for central London but the extension is set to cover the entire area between the North and South Circular roads in 2021.

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) Select Committee has urged ministers to “get everybody working together” to improve air quality “across the whole country”.
Labour MP for Brentford and Isleworth Ruth Cadbury called on the Government to roll out its ULEZ project.
Ms Cadbury said: “Does the minister not agree that it is vital that the Government supports the Mayor of London in his efforts to tackle air pollution, and please support the expansion of the ULEZ in 2021.”
Environment Minister Rebecca Pow said she is committed to tackling the issue “as fast as possible”.
TfL estimates the initial scheme will lead to a reduction in toxic emissions from road transport by about 45% in two years.
The ULEZ daily charge is £12.50 for most vehicle types, including cars, motorcycles and vans (up to and including 3.5 tonnes).
If you are driving any petrol or diesel vehicle within the expansion you need to meet the tighter emissions standards or pay a daily charge.
