Thirteen people have been rescued after a roof collapsed, trapping them inside a block of flats in West London.
Firefighters and police were at the scene for around four hours, with four fire engines arriving last night.
Ladders were used to bridge the gap across the building’s front steps.
Fortunately, no one was injured, despite it being a scare.
We were called at around 9.50pm on Sunday to the partial collapse of roofs at two residential properties in Chesterton Road, W10. Officers attended along with fire brigade and ambulance service colleagues There are no reported injuries. Cordons remain in place at the location.
