The Met have announced they have charged Samuel Modeste, 34 of High Road, Leytonstone with three counts of grievous bodily harm (GBH) on a night bus in Tower Hamlets.
Police were called to Mile End Road, E3 at 00:48hrs on Wednesday after receiving reports of a man being seen with a knife boarding a N25 bus.
Three people were stabbed, including a 34 year old male who remains in critical condition.
A 34 year old man and a 22 year old man were also taken to hospital for non-life threatening knife wounds.
Modeste has been charged with three counts of GBH and one count of possessing a bladed article in a public place.
