The England striker Harry Kane has signed a new contract with Tottenham that means he will remain at the club until 2022.
The deal is allegedly worth more than £100,000 a week and it replaces the five-year agreement he signed previously, in February 2015.
Kane said “Everyone knows what I feel for this club. To sign another contract is a special feeling. We have got a great young squad and the club is moving in the right direction.”
Kane has scored 6 goals in 10 appearances for Spurs this season. This is despite missing 10 games due to an ankle injury.
He won the Golden Boot with 25 league goals last season.
