Saracens could face further disciplinary action if their recent sanctions are upheld by an independent panel.
The club have promised to seek a review of the sanctions that saw them fined almost £5.5m and docked 35 points for breaching salary-cap regulations.
However, Rob Baxter, the director of rugby for Exeter Chiefs, who have lost to Saracens in three of the previous four Premiership finals, believes the titles should be declared void if the club is found guilty.
Premiership clubs may have scope to sue Saracens for breach of contract if this is the case.

Saracens could face relegation now, despite being champions in four of the previous five years and this would likely see the majority of their big names head elsewhere.
Though Curtis Nice acknowledges that Baxter is “understandably raging” he doesn’t feel any clubs have the “time or money to be going after Saracens themselves.”
Regardless of whether Saracens do have their previous titles voided, one thing that is for certain is that this year they will not be gaining another.
