Only seven batsmen have ever hit a double-century in the history of Cricket.

Devon Conway is the first ever debutant to hit a double century at Lord’s.
The 29-year-old is only the seventh batsman to score a double-century on debut.
The innings puts New Zealand on top on the second day of Lord’s first test match of the year. New Zealand were all out for 378 after Conway was run out on 200 by Neil Wagner.
Conway had already broken records yesterday when he became the first New Zealander and second visiting batsman to hit a century at Lord’s on Test debut, after India’s Sourav Ganguly.
Since taking to the crease on day one he has just short of 350 balls and hit 22 fours and one six. He ended day one on 136 alongside Henry Nicholls on 46, who bats fifth for New Zealand.
England’s Ollie Robinson caught Nicholls for 61 off a ball from Mark Wood. Which left the side 288-4 after nearly one-hundred overs.
Shortly after Watling, de Grandhomme, Santner fell for a total of three runs off 27 balls. After tricky bowling from England’s Wood and Robinson that resulted in two catches and one LBW dismissal.
While New Zealand slumped to 294-7 after just over 105 overs. Conway, alongside Jamieson, Southee and Wagner were able to stick around for nearly twenty overs more.
Who performed well for England?
27-year-old Ollie Robinson took four wickets during the first innings, the highest out of any of England’s bowlers.
He was also the most economical of any bowler. He bowled six maiden over and New Zealand were only able to score 75 runs from him, in total.
It was also a good first innings and day two for Mark Wood and James Anderson who were able to pick up three and two wickets, respectively.
While England’s second batsman Dom Sibley was able to catch Watling for one. He was unable to score any runs himself today as Jamieson got him out LBW after just seven balls.
