The knockout stages of Euro 2020 begin this Saturday.

Euro 2020 has reached the knockout stage, with the final 16 teams facing off, starting Saturday.

England will play Germany at Wembley on Tuesday. This will be one of two games in London in this round.

England finished top of Group D to set up a clash against Germany, Group F runners up.

Additionally, Italy will take on Austria at Wembley on Saturday.

None of the quarter-finals will take place in London but both semi-finals and final are at Wembley.

Euro 2020 so far

There were no major shocks in the tournament group stages, with all the favourites progressing.

However, giants Belgium and Portugal will play each other in the next round as well as England – Germany.

England undoubtedly have the easier side of the draw, which includes Sweden, Netherlands, and Ukraine.

The other side contains France, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal.

How many fans can attend?

Wembley will remain at quarter capacity for the round of 16 but the attendance will be increased to 60,000 for the semi-finals.

Budapest is the only stadium that will have a capacity crowd, the last game Hungary will host is the clash between Czech Republic and Netherlands on Sunday.

Amsterdam, Glasgow, Baku, Copenhagen, and Bucharest are the other cities hosting matches in the next round.

Wales travel to Amsterdam on Saturday to face Denmark.

They will be without defender Ethan Ampadu, who was sent off against Italy in their last group game.
