In light of the American election Hackney showrooms will be hosting a stand-up comedy night called ‘Make America Slaaay Again’. Megan ford comedian and producer of the event told City News ‘we need to laugh, hug each other and satirise the situation’. The comedy show is part of a wider trend of many bars and entertainment venues in London hosting events in the suspenseful buildup of the last hours of the presidential election.
