Brendan Pickett, the artist, used Picasso and Brexit as his main two sources of inspiration.
He says his work is not politically motivated, but aims to depict the chaos of the Brexit Era. This is to provoke people to reflect on their own feelings in regards to the process so far.
The exhibition, entitled Truth and Power: Paintings from the Brexit Era, displays a selection of cubist paintings that represent the different stages of the journey.
The work will be showcased in Ringcross Community Centre and food bank in Caledonian Road.
The manager of the centre hope that the experience will be somewhat cathartic for locals.
He says that Brexit has caused many members, particularly non-British members, distress and confusion.
He hopes that taking the time to reflect as well as converse on the subject will be useful and productive.
