A woman has been seriously injured outside a school in Luton Bedfordshire Police has confirmed.
The stabbing took place shortly after 8.30am near a school on Dunstable Road.
The woman has been taken to hospital and one man has been arrested and is currently in police custody.
All children are reported to be safe in school, and officers are remaining present in the area for reassurance.
Police say there is no wider threat to the public
