Officers were called to the Craven Park address where the bombs were found late on Wednesday evening.

A 48-year-old was has been arrested, after two suspicious devices were found in a flat in Harlesden.
The unidentified man was arrested by two detectives from the Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism Command on suspicion of an offence contrary to section 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.
The man is not currently thought to be linked to any terrorist organisations.
He was taken to a south London police station where he remains in custody.
Officers were called to the Craven Park address where the bombs were found late on Wednesday evening.
They had been placed in an empty flat that was in the process of being refurbished.
After evacuating the block of flats as a precaution, specialist officers arrived and ascertained that the objects were improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
After they were made safe, the bombs were removed from the flats and taken away for further forensic investigation that will allow police to discover how sophisticated the devices are and more pertinently what their intent may have been.
The police then carried out additional searches of the property before allowing residents to re-enter their homes at 18:00 that evening.
The discovery comes weeks after the Metropolitan Police urged retailers and shoppers to be extra vigilant over the festive period to aid the police in the identifying and managinh potential or actual threats.
