Just Stop Oil have staged a protest outside Rishi Sunak’s home in London on 29 November, with 16 arrests made.
The Prime Minister’s Kensington home was the target of a Just Stop Oil protest after his approval of new oil and gas licenses. This follows a string of nationwide protests from the group on climate issues.

The group were highlighting topics in anticipation of COP28 taking place in Dubai which starts on 30 November.
COP Failure = Crop Failure
The protesters’ signs included COP Failure = Crop Failure, referring to topics anticipated to be discussed over the next fortnight at COP28 in Dubai.
Global leaders will come together in Dubai to debate climate issues, policy and progress on commitments made at previous COP meetings.
Those attending will include the Prime Minister and King Charles. President Biden has sent US Climate Envoy John Kerry in his place.
